Salon Policy

Any Cancellations made less than 36 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of services scheduled and lost of your deposit. If you are a “NO SHOW” you will have to pay 100% of services booked. Services can not be rendered until the Full No Show Payment has been received.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the cancellation fee will apply. We will always do our best to reschedule you at a more convenient time.


How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, you have 36 hours to do so by clicking on your confirmation email. . If you need to cancel after the 36 hours, you are required to call/text to cancel appointment.

  • Off day fee $60 expect on Sunday $95
